What we sell, and who makes it

Every product we list is clearly described with specifications, pack sizes, and materials as provided by the artisan or manufacturer. Where a listing references a specific brand, material, or style, it is identifying the product or what it fits. This is a statement of compatibility and identification, not a claim that the brand's maker supplies us, endorses us, or is connected to us in any way.

How our pricing works

We list one price per item. There is no crossed-out “was” price and no percentage-off badge, because we have never charged a higher price for these items — a reference price is only honest if the shop actually sold at it. The price you see is simply our price.

Delivery and returns in short

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. You can return an unopened or unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.

Warranty and Quality

Products carry the manufacturer’s or artisan’s own warranty where applicable. How that warranty is honoured is set by the maker — check their terms before you buy. We are not an authorised service centre.

Separately from that, if anything we ship arrives damaged, faulty on arrival or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full. That is our own commitment and it applies to everything in the catalogue.

HandmadeCraftSpace is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific product manufacturers unless explicitly stated. Brand names on this site describe the products or what an item fits. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
