Terms of service

Who you are contracting with

This store is operated by HandmadeCraftSpace.com, 211 Penter Ave, Clanton, AL 35045, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe each product by what it physically is, its dimensions, materials, and pack size. Any specifications or compatibility statements repeat what the product's manufacturer or artisan states. We do not claim any exclusive relationship with the original makers unless explicitly noted.

Safe use — crafts and supplies

Many craft supplies, tools, and mediums involve specialized components or sharp edges. Read any included manufacturer instructions or safety warnings before first use, do not modify tools improperly, and keep crafting materials out of reach of young children.

Safe use — creative chemicals and mediums

Certain adhesives, paints, or liquid mediums are chemical products. Follow the safety instructions on the pack, use in well-ventilated areas, and keep them away from children. If you are unsure whether a product suits your project, ask us before you use it.

Product and maker warranty

Items may carry the manufacturer’s or artisan’s own warranty where applicable. How that warranty is honoured is set by the maker — check their terms before you buy. We are not able to advise on another company’s separate warranty terms.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in USD and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced in error after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund; we do not charge you a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order looks fraudulent, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we have already taken payment, we refund it in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
