30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. What condition it has to be in depends on what it is.
Handmade goods, crafts, supplies and tools
Return it within 30 days in its original packaging with all accessories, components, and documentation. It may have been unboxed and inspected — you are allowed to check whether it suits your project. It must not be damaged, and it must be clean and in its original condition if it has been handled.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee if returned in original clean condition with all components.
Consumables, materials and craft supplies
These must come back unopened, with any factory seal or original wrapping intact, in their original packaging. We cannot accept opened or partially used materials, yarns, liquids, or kits for hygiene, quality, and product safety reasons.
Neither rule affects your rights where an item is faulty, expired, leaking, damaged or not what you ordered — see below.
How to start a return
Email us at support@handmadecraftspace.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Return shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a change of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
Faulty, expired or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, past its expiry date, or is not the product you ordered, contact us with photos. We replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, and we cover the cost of sending it back.
Wrong product or compatibility
Compatibility or specifications on each product page are what the manufacturer or artisan states. If you ordered something that does not suit your project and the pack is unopened, it falls under the 30-day return above. If our page stated a compatibility or detail that turns out to be wrong, that is our error and we cover the return in full.
